I purchased the pads as a gift to my niece. After soon placing the order I actually received a call apologizing, and saying the order might be delayed. I was a bit concerned since it was a birthday gift, but had cut it close on ordering so had already expected it to be a little late. Not only did the gift arrive just one day after her birthday, but it actually beat the card I mailed. My niece was very pleased with the pads and wrist guards. The fact that this company cared enough to make a phone call really impressed me, and I'm sure says a lot about how they conduct business.
